Community Build Day at Middleburg Elementary

MIDDLEBURG – A new playground is coming to Middleburg Elementary School and the school district needs volunteers to help with installation of equipment.  A Community Build Day will take place Saturday, September 19 at Middleburg Elementary at 7 a.m., rain or shine.   Anyone 14 or older is encouraged to attend and help with the playground installation.  Volunteers are asked to bring shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, extension cords and gloves.  They will be helping to fill 125 holes with concrete needed for the playground.  Volunteers are needed for other projects too such as preparing food and helping organize workers.   The school district is looking to have 200 people come out and volunteer.  Food donations are...
